Responsibility:

Implementing buying activities, and communicate with suppliers in time to ensure that the qualified items in time with reasonable price to assure the smooth progress of sales.

执行采购工作，并及时与供应商沟通，确保合格的产品以合理的价格按时交货，以确保销售的顺利进行。

Main Activities:

1. Raw material purchasing and track base on the MRP from INFOR system;

    根据INFOR系统中物料需求计划进行原材料的采购及跟踪。

2. Update the delivery date timely in system and keep planner informed if any delay to assure smooth assembling and shipping;

    及时在系统中更新交货期，如有延误及时通知计划员，确保装配和出货顺利进行;

3. Work with quality department in supplier qualification and follow-up, supplier correction-action on quality failure;

    与质量部合作，对供应商的质量问题进行跟踪和纠正;

4. Maintain and improve INFOR system data,

    维护和改进INFOR系统数据，

5. Handling exception, tracking material to be in stock,

    处理异常，跟踪库存物料；

6. Dealing with obsolete stock and improving stock turnover, 

    处理呆滞库存，提高库存周转率，

7. Responsible for purchasing invoices and ensuring monthly invoice collection,

    负责采购发票，确保每月的发票收款;

8. Supplier qualification and annual performance evaluation,

    供应商资质及年度绩效评估;

9. Other assigned tasks.

    其他安排的任务。

Requirement:

1. College graduated or above;

    大专及以上学历；

2. At least 2~5 years and above related working experience, or excellent intern;

    2-5年相关工作经验或优秀实习生

3. Knowledge for ERP system is a must;

    熟悉ERP系统； 

4. Outstanding communication skill between dept and functions;

   与部门之间的相互沟通；

5. Initiative and self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure and deadline.

   积极主动，能在压力和期限下工作。
