Main Tasks:
主要工作:
1.Receive and welcome all internal and external visitors, and guide them to the right department or specific person-to-receive according to company’s visitors management rules.
负责接待所有内外部访客,并根据公司访客管理规定,指引他们到相应的部门或指定的负责人。
2.Pick up and transfer internal & external call with proper telephone etiquette.
Distribute and keep records of all incoming letters or couriers, and provide necessary information to all staff when it comes to mailing requests.
接听及转接内外部电话,分发及保存收到的信件和快递的记录。
3. Air ticket booking in compliance with company policy.
按照公司政策预定机票。
4. Accommodation and transportation arrangement for the business trips if needed.
员工出差期间酒店食宿及交通安排。
5. Operation for new comer registration and exit (business card, door card, stationery, taking photo, file documents signing, work clothes and etc.).
员工的入职及离职手续的办理(员工卡、门禁卡、文具、拍照、文件签署、工作服等)
6. Management support in office suppliers, office equipment maintenance, admin inventory management, decoration and dormitory.
在办公用品供应商、办公设备维护、行政库存管理、装修和员工宿舍方面提供支持。
7. Government administrative reception or contacting assistance.
政府来访时的行政接待和协助。
8. Coordinate and check cleaning work in office, workshop, washroom, lock room and kitchen activities.
协调和检查办公室、车间、洗手间、更衣室和厨房的清洁工作。
9. Support, initiate or lead company’s activities and meetings, such as annual dinner, memorial day celebration.
支持、发起和负责公司的活动及会议,如年会、纪念日庆祝等。
10. Responsible for HR& admin’s purchasing, payment submit and tracking.
负责人力资源和行政用品的采购、付款申请单的提交和追踪。
11. Coordinate with landlord of industry park for property issues.
协调工业园区物业相关问题。
12. Other allocated HR work, such as basic recruitment, basic data maintaining and etc.
人力资源相关的工作,如基础的车间员工招聘,基础数据维护等。
13. Other work assigned by superior.
主管安排的其他工作。
Position Requirement:
职位要求:
College or Bachelor"s degree, HR Management, Business Management,
English or related majors will be preferred.
大专及以上学历,人力资源管理,工伤管理,英语或相关专业将优先考虑。
Above 1 year experience in admin or HR area.
1年以上行政或人力资源的相关工作经验。
Good at spoken and written English.
良好的英语听说读写能力。
Skilled operation of office software.
熟练掌握办公软件。
Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
良好的沟通,协调及人际关系处理能力。
Be active, cheering, self-confident, detailed-oriented and responsible.
积极乐观自信,注重细节,有责任心。
