Responsibility:  

Service Engineer is responsible for the technical support and service for electrical control systems include startup / commissioning / trouble shooting and handover to client; Prepare all necessary documentations and assistance to sales team

Main activities

Customer site service for equipment installation, commissioning, retrofit, overhaul, etc. Service Training including operation and maintenance to customers.Trouble shoot on equipment problems, check and affirm the problem, prepare found report or service report.Reception of the claims from customers with prompt response, define, evaluate, measure, analysis the cause of the failure and coordination with action plan. The inspection and repair of returned equipment when needed.Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirement:

Education: Bachelor degree major in electrical engineering and automation or similar  Experience: Above 2-3 year’s electrical automation experiences in shipyard electric design dept. or similar field, able to handle multiple tasks; Communication capability in English both written and oral; Skills & knowledge: Good understanding of mechanical and hydraulic fundamentals. Superior coordianator and detail-oriented; much experience on PLC, VFD, sensors etc. application;

   5.  MS software including Word, Excel, etc.
