Service Manager招聘 - 代斯米泵业技术（苏州）有限公司

Responsibility:

To be primarily responsible for developing service network to cover Region of Greater China, and developing service team to provide prompt service to customer.

Main activities:

  Develop DPTS service into next level in aligning with the strategy of NL2;

Develop service network to cover Region of Greater China;

Set up China service center to be part of DESMI global service set up;

Promote DESMI48 and pay service to customer

Strengthen DPTS service team to  provide pay service to external and internal;

Lead the service team to provide technical service on customer claims and spare parts sales;

Plan and design services & service contracts, monitor and control product performance goals, maintenance service agreement goals are met;

Provide service Training including operation and maintenance of pump to customers;

 Requirement:

Bachelor  degree or above in Mechanical / Marine Engineering;

Minimum 6-8 years’ working experience in service/assembly/outfitting working experience in general machinery and experience in rotating equipment such as pump, compressor, turbine and engine will be preferred;

Experience as a team leader in a marine related company and service related.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English;

Computer based skill such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;

Good leadership and team player;

Good communication and training skills.
