Responsibility

Be responsible for providing technical proposal and solution to meet customer’s requirements by working with direct sales and distributor. Meanwhile prepare technical offers on BWMS related.

Main activities

Direct sales and distributor sales support

Prepare Technical solutions/offers on BWMS related, involve in technical negotiation with customers, advise customers best technical solutions

Clarify with sales manager when different products /variants are needed

Type in production orders

Prepare system design and update

Prepare approval drawings for customers

Prepare working drawings for customer based on approval drawings

Prepare final drawings for customer based on supplied items

Process claims within reasonable time if any

General after sales, technical support

Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirement

Education:  Bachelor degree major in Thermal energy and power engineering, or Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering or similar 

Experience: at least 2 year’s experiences Above 2-3 year’s electrical automation experiences in shipyard electric design dept. or Kongsberg or Saiernico companies or related, able to handle multiple tasks; 

Communication capability in English both written and oral; 

Skills & knowledge: Good understanding of mechanical and hydraulic fundamentals. Superior coordianator and detail-oriented; 

MS software including Word, Excel, etc.
