Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility of hydraulic performance analysis and concept design of new products development.

CAE design validation through software CFD, Twin mesh, etc

Primary Tasks:

Hydraulic design Initiator

·         Establish hydraulic technology road map including product family and design techniques

·         Product planning on hydraulic performance to ensure product distributed competitively with full considerations of capacity, efficiency, NPSH and reliability

·         Establish CFD setting rules to ensure accuracy of CFD results from different individuals

·         Establish and implement continuous improvement plan on hydraulic platform to make hydraulic parameter fast-indexing and free-sharing

Hydraulic Designer

·         Optimize and improve existing products continuously to keep products competitive

·         Explore hydraulic concept  and implement for individual project

Controller of Team Performance

·         Assign tasks to team members  to ensure project progress smoothly

·         Set goals for each individual on performance, time and cost

·         May perform checking function.

Fluid technology expert

·         Provide consultancy on hydraulic solution to Sales

·         Assist in daily problem solving activities by proposing methodology and concept

Others

·         Perform other duties as required.

·         Ability to work efficiently and achieve project timeline.
