Responsibility

Responsible for pump development on Hydraulic study, Mechanical structure 3D/2D design, project following up, and simulation analysis.

Main activities

·         Fulfill the development tasks defined in BOP, and timely schedule the project milestone review meeting for team alignment on the design concept, performance updates/estimation, progress and cost status.

·         CFD study for hydraulic study request from PM and sales, and deliver related output.

·         Pump mechanical structure 3D/2D design with Creo, basing the Hydraulic design input.

·         Documents preparation for BOM, new product releasing, ECN and engineering specifications.

·         Structure simulation for concept study, working environment judgement, issues analysis, etc.

Drive cost reduction and product optimization from design point of view.
