Sr. Quality Engineer招聘 - 代斯米泵业技术（苏州）有限公司

Responsibility：

Supervise internal quality control, continue improvement of quality management system and process by implementing internal audit and following up the corrective action of internal and external quality issues, ensure whole process be well controlled under quality assurance.

Main activities:

1.      Internal Non-conformity handling and follow-up to avoid the repeated issue.

2.      NCR following up and verify the effectiveness of the corrective & preventive actions.

3.      Customer claim handling, failure/defect analysis and reply, make the NC report when needed.

4.      Make Bi-weekly and Monthly quality report to management team and organize the monthly quality meeting.

5.      Establish and maintain the inspection standard and instruction, train the inspectors to perform the inspection.

6.      Initial, drive and participate the continued improvement project based on the quality data analysis.

7.      Support R&D for new product development, and new product process approve.

8.      Provide the support of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), follow up FAT findings.

9.      Organize internal and external audit of ISO9001, follow up the findings to ensure its compliance, suitability, and effectiveness.

10.   Summarize the management review report and organize the management review meeting.

11.   Maintain, renew the certificates of class societies and other 3rd parties, get the new certificates when needed.

12.   Other assigned tasks related to QEHS from superior.

Requirement:

1.      Bachelor degree or above, mechanical background is required.

2.      Min 5 years working experiences on quality control and management, mechanical and marine industry is preferred.

3.      Experienced on casting and machining process.

4.      Knowledge of quality engineering & quality data analysis tools.

5.      Must have good understanding in mechanical drawing and GD&T.

6.      Have the basic knowledge of explosion-proof is preferred.

7.      Familiar with ISO9001 system.

8.      Good communication skills and team player in work, good written and spoken in English is preferred.

9.      MS software including word, excel, PPT etc.
