EHS Engineer招聘 - 代斯米泵业技术（苏州）有限公司

Main Responsibility:

Establish, maintain and implement EHS programs and plan to assure company process compliance with ISO14001& ISO45001 requirement, relevant laws and regulations; Work with all level employees to take consistent efforts on the vision of “Zero Incident Culture”; Ensure effective communications with all levels of management and associates established relating to all aspects of safety, environment and health.

Main Tasks:

1. Running and maintain EHS management system in DPTS.

2. Organize regular safety inspection to discover potential safety risk, make proposal and work with respective departments to improve it.

3. Organize safety production activities and implement training programs to improve employee's safety awareness, behaviors, etc. Monitoring the routine performance of all activities.

4. Assessing occupational disease and related safety hazards, define PPE and occupational health physical examination program.

5. Accident investigating, analyzing, handling, and reporting (Loss time accident, first aid and near miss) and follow up the corrective and preventive actions.

6. Establish the EHS Committee, organizing monthly EHS Committee meeting.

7. Ensure chemicals  MSDS are accurate and updated as required;

8. Communicate with government authorities and coordinate all EHS issues pertaining to the company to ensure the legal compliance and  standard of occupational health, safety and environment protection;

9. Arrange the EHS measurement and monitoring.

10. Organize EHS activities, e.g.: Fire drill;

11. Other work assignment from superior.

Requirement:

1. College or above, major in safety ,environment and health or related filed is preferred;

2. Over 3 years working experience in EHS management and 2 years working experience in casting or mechanical industry factory is preferred.

3. Familiar with EHS system and good understanding in ISO9001 quality system;

4. Professional EHS knowledge and familiar with EHS related regulations;

5. Good analysis and problem-solving skills with high degree of responsibilities sense；

6. Excellent communication & presentation skills;

7. Independent ,Initiative and self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure and deadline；

8. Skill at oral and written English and PC skill.
